Members of STAR attended the Rise Against Hunger/ Hanover Against Hunger's 6th Hanover Area Community Meal Packing Event at St. Matthew's Church in Hanover, PA. It was amazing to see community members of all ages, genders, abilities, etc. come together in an effort to feed their neighbors. Over 200,000 meals were packed over the weekend of November 4-5. It was a true testament of the power of the people!
